About Me: With 30 years experience in the real estate business, I have developed an extensive knowledge of markets and their behaviours. Although I do not have a “crystal ball”, I do have the experience to be able to confidently and competently advise clients in any economic climate. My career background includes owning and operating the largest masonry company on Vancouver Island for 9 years, sitting on the Board of Directors for both Limberis Seafoods and Nanaimo Capital Corporation, and maintaining a rank as a Top Producer in the field of real estate sales, earning virtually every major sales achievement award. I am always in the top 10 producers here at REMAX Nanaimo. My personal philosophy is based on the premise that there is no such thing as good enough. When it comes to the satisfaction of my clients, I believe that making the extra effort and going beyond what is expected will serve to create success for my clients and in turn for me. My negotiating skills and ability to be a team player have helped me to secure the trust and respect of colleagues and to ensure that the selling process is as seamless as possible. Having grown up in Ladysmith, I am proud to have made a career out of my love for real estate and for this beautiful Island, where I am now raising my own family. I am also proud of the role that I have played in the development of some of the best residential projects in the area. A portion of every sale that I make goes toward the Children’s Miracle Network and additionally I play hockey once a year in the Children’s Miracle Network Tournament. A major networking event, this tournament brings realtors together in support of charity from all over Western Canada. These venues provide numerous opportunities to make contact with top realtors from other major markets. I look forward to putting my expertise to work for clients for many years to come!
